About Me

Melissa
I grew up in a village of 500 people and now live in a beach town of 10 000. Wife to Jeff, Mama to Makenna and Jack. This is my place to share what's up with us, and the place where I sometimes need to pour my heart out about the not so sunshiney moments. This is my happy place. Pupil's Purchase Liquidation Sale!

A store in town has went out of business and today all of their stock was 70% off. This store was marketed to educators of all kinds - teachers, EAs, ECEs, home daycares, etc as well as regular parents like you and I. They carried very good quality toys and educational resources, so I, and a lot of other people I know, jumped at this sale.

Here's what I came out with:

From the makers of Melissa and Doug products:

slice and bake cookie set

chunky alphabet puzzle

car carrier truck

3 pads of stoytelling paper

5 bottles of paint

Also, a pkg of self stick dry erase sheets, a Geo Board, 2 books, 2 Cds, 3 paintbrushes and a dry erase calendar (not pictured). And a reusable bag.

Here's my receipt:

Total number of items: 19
Total spent: $64.68 or an average of $3.40/item

Total SAVED: 134.55
The store is now closed for good.

Birthday Gifts. Baby Gifts. Christmas Gifts. And a couple Just Because.

Everybody wins.
