Thrifty Thursday!

On my lunch break today I checked out a new second hand store in Bayfield, called "Used to be yours, Now it's mine"...or something like that.

Anyways, I had never been in there before and I was pleasantly surprised! There is a lot of good stuff, mostly clothes, some toys and household stuff too. I came away with 3 pairs of jeans and a pair of shorts for myself, a pair of jean capris for Makenna, and a cute plaid shirt with the tags still on it for Jack.

Good jeans for myself too! I love Contrats jeans - they are my favourite brand right now. The Contrast and the Gap pair were each $4 and the Old Navy pair was $3.25.

The shorts for myself (Nevadas) were $2, as were the Capris for Makenna and the shirt for Jack was $2.50.

Total for all of the above: $20.06. There was a lot more in there I could have bought too. The thing about the people who live in Bayfield...they can afford really nice clothes so when they consign them at a store like this, you can get some really great stuff. I saw a beautiful Vera Wang shirt in there for $3 but it wasn't my size. I will be back!

Second Hand Store Shopping...I love it!
