Saturday: Almond Trout, Baked Potatoes and garden salad. Kids had raw veggies.
**Now, I have to say, this was awesome. Jeff loved it and even Makenna really liked it, which is an accomplishment in itself. She said the nuts were her favourite part of the whole meal, and actually thanked me for making the fish and nuts. Jack...well, he ate cheese from the salad, and raw carrots. Cause that's how Jack is. The sauteed almonds really made this meal awesome. I Got two trout fillets for $5 each at Food Basics, and it was more than enough for the 4 of us. Yum.
Sunday - Roast Beef, Potatoes and Carrots
Monday - Chicken Breasts marinated in sundried tomato and oregano salad dressing, mashed potatoes, veg.
Tuesday - Bowtie pasta with sausage meat
Wednesday - Homemade Lasagna
Thursday - Chicken Fingers and Fries
Friday - Hamburgers
