Friday Fun!

I don't work Fridays. I try to take some time every Friday to do something crafty with the kids. I subscibe to some parenting magazines and read others through my work, and have compiled file folders of craft ideas (sorted into seasons, holidays, themes, etc, I know, I'm a bit anal).



Anyway, some Fridays are better than others, but today was fun. Today we played with pipe cleaners and pom poms.






And made some beautiful flowers...that I think we'll make some more of later, I ran out of green stems...



(Fridays are usually Pajama days around here)



Makenna's job was designing, and Jack's job was finding the colours we needed. We made him a bunny.







My job was running the glue gun.



We came up with 2 flowers, 2 bunnies, a chick and a caterpillar.







And, after looking at these pics...next on the agenda...haircuts!
