A birth story worth reading

A few weeks ago, a friend of mine from highschool posted a link on her facebook account about a birth story of a little girl named Nella. I briefly wondered who Nella was, and who her mother was, as I hadn't heard of anyone having a baby lately and naming her Nella and her birth story being published. I didn't read it, and forgot about it.

Then, this week, another friend of mine made a point of making sure I read this blog about Baby Nella.

So I did. And I cried like a baby.

What I am going to link you to is the four part birth story that was published in her newspaper. The mother also has her own blog.

Why do I think you should read it? I don't know. It moved me so much. moved me to tears. I admire her honesty and her raw emotion and I know there are plenty of you that can identify with her, on some level. On the most basic level, if you are a parent, you should read this.

You must read it. I challenge you not to cry.
